Prodiet® 90: for high-protein drinks

Prodiet® 90 is a native milk protein containing more than 90% protein on dry matter.

Due to its high level in protein, it contains less than 1% of lactose.  Prodiet® 90 allows to formulate high protein drink up to 12% protein with low lactose content.

• It is rich in micellar calcium,
• It contains all of the EAA (essential amino acids),
• It is rich in BCAA (Branched Chain Amino Acids), especially in leucine which triggers muscle synthesis,
• It is a slow digested protein.
